Did Schiff just pick up another whistleblower case?

Adam Schiff is talking about whistleblowers again.
The House Intelligence Committee says it’s received a complaint that the White House and Department of Homeland Security suppressed intelligence about Russian interference in our elections.
Schiff claims that Trump and the White House lied to Congress and altered reports to back up those lies.
The DHS, of course, fired back and said that neither Schiff or the whistleblower know what they’re talking about.
