The White House is encouraging Big Tech to continue silencing conservative voices
During yesterday’s White House press conference, Jen Psaki made it clear that the Biden Administration is working with Big Tech to continue blocking what liberals deem hate speech.
“We’ve spoken to and [Biden has] spoken to the need for social media platforms to continue to take steps to reduce hate speech,” said Psaki when asked about the administration’s current stance on social media censorship.
Psaki has proven that she’s not a very good communicator, so maybe she was confused. But it sure sounds like she admitted that Biden is working with Big Tech to make sure conservatives lose their voice on the internet.
Whether we like it or not, social media has become the de facto public square for sharing opinions and ideas. But blocking one group of people because of their ideology doesn’t serve anyone well.

An investor used his GameStop gains to help sick children

An anonymous Texas retail investor is putting his market gains from the recent GameStop craze to good use.
The trader used money he earned trading the highly popular and volatile GameStop short squeeze to buy Nintendo Switch consoles from local GameStop locations. He then donated them to Medical City Children’s Hospital in Dallas so that children recovering from illness could play them while in the hospital.
