Trump Signs Executive Order Overhauling Police Reform, Training, Discipline
Following weeks of national protests since the death of George Floyd, President Donald Trump signed an executive order on policing Tuesday.
The order encourages better police practices and establishes a database to keep track of officers with a history of excessive use-of-force complaints.
While signing the order, Trump made remarks about raising standards for police departments across the country, while sympathizing with the families of police brutality victims.
