Trump warns China and Russia will influence mail-in voting
President Trump is again sounding the alarm over the use of mail-in voting for the November election.
According to the president, China and Russia are working to get their hands on mail-in ballots to influence the process.
For Trump, allowing Americans to vote by mail is a rigged election waiting to happen.
Such a process would be a massive undertaking for state and local governments, with millions of ballots getting mailed out to voters and returned to local election officials.
There have been no proposals as to how such a system would be securely managed.
