A Michigan judge just vindicated one of Donald Trump’s election claims
A Michigan judge has ruled that Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson broke the law when she changed the rules surrounding absentee ballots for the 2020 election.
The ruling vindicates a key claim that Trump made during the elections. Benson issued multiple orders changing how absentee ballots were mailed and handled.
One crucial part of the ruling relates to how Benson undermined laws governing how ballot signatures are verified. Judge Murray made it clear that such a change was in direct violation of Michigan law.
The last-minute changes essentially put a thumb on the scale in favor of signatures that would likely be rejected by state law.
And that’s the exact argument Trump made during the elections. He warned that orders given by state officials would bypass established laws, opening up mail-in voting to more fraud.
Trump and Republicans made it clear that Democrats were trying to circumvent laws designed to protect our electoral system. And Judge Murray’s ruling definitely bolsters Trump’s claim.

This man punched through a windshield to save a life
A Good Samaritan is being hailed as a hero after climbing into an overturned truck where a woman was trapped behind the wheel and punching through the windshield with his bare hands to free her.
Dramatic cell phone video captured the rescue that took place along Highway 160, just east of Sacramento.
Nicholas Lee, a former defensive lineman, is seen punching and kicking his way through the windshield. Initially, he uses his foot to try and crack through the windshield. Lee manages to break through the glass and help the trapped woman to safety.
