The president signed the stimulus bill. Now what?
President Donald Trump signed the infamous $910 billion stimulus package into law on Sunday night, enacting a much-needed round of bailout packages to small businesses and Americans hit by the pandemic’s economic damage.
But Trump is calling on congressional leaders to pass additional $2000 checks per individual to help struggling Americans. The president signed the bill as it is now to prevent a government shutdown and to make sure Americans got something instead of nothing.
If voters are looking to place blame, they should put it at the feet of congressional leaders. If Congress did its job in the first place, we wouldn’t be in this situation.
The American people should be insulted that their government values them at $600 per person while it hands out billions to foreign governments.

How the ISS astronauts spent Christmas in space
Their Christmas was out of this world, but all they want is peace on Earth!
Astronauts aboard the International Space Station beamed a holiday greeting back to Earth, sending a message of “resilience” to all during the ongoing pandemic.
During the Christmas holiday, astronauts Mike Hopkins, Victor Glover, Shannon Walker, and Kate Rubins, and Japanese space program astronaut Soichi Noguchi spent the day sharing a holiday meal and calling family and friends. They also decked the halls of the ISS with festive decorations.
“The resilience of the human spirit is something that we can truly celebrate in this special season,” said NASA astronaut Victor Glover.
