Is the PA ballot case headed to the Supreme Court?
On behalf of the Trump campaign, Rudy Giuliani just filed a writ of certiorari asking the Supreme Court to review three cases related to the election results in Pennsylvania.
In the writ, Giuliani argues that the state court’s decisions were unconstitutional and impacted the presidential election.
While it may seem like a rather underwhelming development, this could be part of a precise strategy from the Trump campaign.
The filing could indicate that Trump and his team have finally pieced together the evidence they need to prove that voter fraud happened during the election. Until now, the campaign hasn’t released anything that would convince a court to intervene.

This UPS driver got a surprise thank you
One neighborhood in Virginia considers its local UPS driver a hero. Anthony Gaskins has been working hard to deliver packages to Hallsley, Virginia throughout the pandemic. And the residents who have relied on him for crucial packages decided to band together and show Gaskins how much they appreciate him.
Hundreds of people lined the streets along Gaskins’ route, waving banners, honking car horns, and shouting words of encouragement to the shocked Gaskins.
