Republicans Consider Calling Bidens As Witnesses In Impeachment Trial
McConnell stated in a closed-door meeting yesterday that he may not have the votes to prevent witnesses from being called in the Senate impeachment trial.
A group of moderate Republicans has signaled that they are leaning towards voting in favor of calling witnesses to the trial. While the GOP only needs 51 votes to control the outcome of the trial, they only have a 53 vote majority.
Meanwhile, McConnell is devising a “Plan B” for the GOP that includes calling controversial witnesses such as Joe Biden and his son Hunter. Such as move would most certainly force Democrats to rethink their strategy.Read More

Gabbard Critical Of CNN
Democratic presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard openly criticized CNN for not inviting her to a series of town hall meetings hosted by the news network.
“We have reached out, I think more than once and we received no explanation and I don’t even think we’ve gotten a response to date about why they’re excluding the first female combat veteran ever to run for president, the only woman of color in the race,” she said.
CNN may have decided to ignore Gabbard because of her comments during one of their debates. Gabbard, while debating on CNN, criticized the network for calling her a Russian asset.

Working-Class Voters Dumping Democrats, Turning To Trump
Working-class voters who have dealt with the negative impact of globalization efforts are leaving the Democratic party in droves and embracing President Trump.
The New York Times noted the shift in a report on changing voting trends. It appears that lower and middle-class working families are beginning to make up the bulk of Trump’s base, including former union workers.
For example, Shawn Hoskins of Ohio was a staunch Democrat until 2012. A GM worker in Detroit, losing his job in 2008 opened his eyes.
“When it came time for the doors to shut at G.M., the Democrats weren’t looking out for me,” said Hoskins.

Firefighters Free Puppy Stuck In Wheel
A curious little puppy got her head stuck in a spare tire and was unable to free herself.
The incident happened in Coachella, CA, and it caused quite a stir.
Animal control and firefighters responded to numerous calls about the 3-month-old Australian cattle dog. They tried using mineral oil to help her slide out but to no avail.
